Our products are not try before you buy, if you are unsure if the product is suitable for your requirement please get in touch with us before you buy.  We love to chat to our customers and ensure the products or service we provide is suitable.  
We check all our items thoroughly before shipping and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however if you are not satisfied with your product then please email so we can help.
Returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The best way to do this before returning is to email us using the contact details provided on your invoice to let us know of the return. 
Simply keep everything packaged as it arrived pop a note in the box with your name and order number, why you are returning and send to:

We will then email you to acknowledge receipt of the returned items. Please be aware that returns are not free and any shipping costs you incur will not be refunded.  All items returned must be in the original condition, packaging and all labelling attached.  Please ensure the items are packaged well, and we strongly advise that proof of posting in obtained at the time of return and kept until a refund has been issued, we cannot take any responsibility for lost items.   If items returned are not in original condition, have been unnecessary handled or damaged or tampered with by you, then we will be unable to accept them and we may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of any goods supplied. 
If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you will still need to notify us of your intention to cancel within the 14 day period.  
Once we have received the returned item we will then refund you the purchase amount (less any shipping costs paid by you) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.  
Any warranty or refunds only covers the value of the item you were charged and does NOT include return shipping, installation charges, storage, towing, loss of time, inconvenience or lodging.
